Gemcrafting
"I've managed to figure out how to imbue regular stones with energy from the Fogshards.
How do I do it? Trade secret. I'd love to work with you in trade for the materials, however."
Gemcrafted genes do not pass to offspring without the Body Glitter skill. They cannot be dominant, and cannot be added with geno-editing items other than their own shards.
Blue Glow (+BlueG)
Can display in one of two ways: The entire Rixixi takes on a blue color, with the markings still visible, OR a blue color modifies as many markings as the designer desires.
Ingredients: Sapphire x15 + Any 1 Fogshard
Chrysopoeia (+Chryso)
Encases or covers part of the Ixi in gold.
Ingredients: Gilded Broken Shard x20 + Any 1 Fogshard
Colorpitch (+ColPit)
Can display in one of two ways: The entire Rixixi takes on a gradient the color of colorpitch, OR as many markings as the designer desires can become the color of colorpitch. Additionally, the blood of the Ixi turns to colorpitch itself.
Ingredients: Colorpitch x15 + Rhodochrosite x5 + Any 1 Fogshard
Forgeblood (+Forge)
Turns the blood color of the Ixi metallic. Certain areas of the Ixi where skin can show through the fur can display with a metallic 'blush'.
Ingredients: Hematite x15 + Any 1 Fogshard
Anodized Forgeblood (+Andz)
Turns the blood color of the Ixi neon. Certain areas of the Ixi where skin can show through the fur can display with a neon 'blush'.
Ingredients: Hematite x15 + Everburn Coal x5 + Any 1 Fogshard
Green Glow (+GreenG)
Can display in one of two ways: The entire Rixixi takes on a green color, with the markings still visible, OR a green color modifies as many markings as the designer desires.
Ingredients: Emerald x15 + Any 1 Fogshard
Prismpitch (+Prism)
Changes the entire coat including markings into a CYMK (Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/Black) color scheme, with the base coat being a greyscale tone and all markings being colorful.
Ingredients: Diamond x15 + Colorpitch x5 + Any 1 Fogshard
Red Glow (+RedG)
Can display in one of two ways: The entire Rixixi takes on a red color, with the markings still visible, OR a red color modifies as many markings as the designer desires.

Runemeld (+Rune)
Glowing symbols appear on the Rixixi's skin.

Violet Glow (+VioG)

Geode Mimic Companion: When equipped to a Rixixi, the user can feed 2 gemstones of any rarity to the Geode Mimic to receive 1 randomized gemstone in return! Use this ability in the Player Inventories journal under "Use An Item" to activate, and link the Rixixi with this companion. This ability can be activated up to 5 times per week.

This skill can activate when the Rixixi with this skill is pictured with another Rixixi in a loot-dropping activity - it affects the other Rixixi, not the one with the skill! It's a gift! It can activate if both Rixixi are owned by the same user. Boost yourself, boost your friends, boost everybody!
If the other Rixixi was uploaded to magmatixi on the month the art was posted (does not have to be the same year), that Rixixi will get an entire additional roll (including seasonal item returns)! It will be rolled at whichever Ixi's stats are higher!
