You nod to the little creature and head into the washrooms, making a beeline for the exit. Something catches your attention out of the corner of your eye, and you begin to turn despite the Mymber tugging on your arm. It's just a shimmer, something vaguely familiar, something that you should be paying attention to. Something you should be concerned about. The Mymber tugs harder.
You close your eyes and try to walk forward. You stumble forward - though you know nothing was in front of you - throwing your hands out, and catch your hand on a sink. You've lost your grasp on your guide. Slowly, unbearably slowly, you raise your eyes.
Out of the corner of your eyes, you see that you almost made it to the wall. You could have made it out. You would curse, but right now you're unable to place your emotions. You try to look yourself in the eye, and you can't.
