You slowly step into the conservatory, shadows looming over you.
The cages you could see on top of the garden beds were meant to keep something in. This was clearly a temporary measure, as they've burst open, a vine of roughly conjoined flesh laying limp through the bars. Something is terribly wrong with this situation, in more ways than one, and you can't quite remember why. Before you can move away, more than one - there's more than one of them! - of the flesh ropes begins writhing against each other, serpents making a mockery of a mouth.

The beast turns, and you catch a glimmer of its stolen eyes. You suddenly realize you haven't seen a single ghost since stepping inside, as if they've all been evicted by this... This deathtrap.
AND NOW YOU'RE HERE
A mass of vines writhes in the far corner of the conservatory, some strange imitation of a maw gleaming in the middle of it. As the vines come closer, the bark on them gives way to mottled amalgams of meat and flesh vaguely molded into a tube, teeth and eyes springing up at random on the writhing heaps of sausage. The monstrosity grows itself from deep within the conservatory's planters, and its roots-
Its roots are bodies, molding themselves to the creature in what looks like slow agony. As you watch the creature, you notice a body moving at the base of the creature's chain of roots - one of the fresher ones, free of mutations and not yet molded to the meat chain. The corpse's face glows with a ghostly blue energy, something is still in there and struggling to get free!
You barely have time to process this when the mass of vines begins to swirl, the Deathtrap moving towards you.
