Something strange is happening here, and you do have a guide with you. You may as well go together. The Mymber seems to smile with their strange little face as you slip their hand into yours, making your way through the solemn landscape. You backtrack a ways, trying to keep from slipping down another cliff as the fog grows thicker at your feet, eventually finding a small hill. The blue mist covers the valley below it like a lake, you can't see where you'll be heading. Sensing your uncertainty, the Mymber tugs on your hand, swinging it forward, and you move.
You almost hold your breath when you go under the fog. You don't know what stops you - it's more than the realization that it's not water. Something just doesn't sit right in your chest as you go under the line of mist, and the sinking feeling only deepens from there.
As the world around you becomes clearer, you realize that your hand is lighter. Your head twists, but the Mymber is gone, as if you dropped them somewhere. Stumbling, you look around in a world of blue and stone, unable to find your guide or any real landmarks of note - even the hill behind you has nearly vanished behind the mist.
