Lumps of grey, scaly flesh made their way across the horizon. I watched for eyes, but they never came. Just teeth. Teeth in the head, teeth in the chest, teeth along the tail, teeth inside the body. Teeth, leather, and scales, all wrapped up in a creature the size of a building.
Nothing like this ever comes by Lumina. Everyone's a monster here, but it's wrapped up in the shape of a person. I almost felt bad shooting first and asking questions later, but the city wouldn't survive something like that walking into it.
