Submitting MYOs and Customs

If you have a MYO or a Custom, you can find it here! If you don't have a MYO/Custom but would like one, you can look into getting one at this prompt! All MYO slots and Customs list how many traits they allow in their description.

When you're ready, go to "Submit MYO Design" under 'settings' on the left of your MYO/Custom's profile, and you'll be taken to the design approval stage. There are a few tabs to fill out once you're in here:

Status

When you're done with all other tabs, select 'Submit Request'.

Comments

For MYOs: This is optional - if there's something you need to let us know about your design mark it down here! (Can be useful for complex designs)

For Customs: This may be one of the only tabs you need to use! Let us know what you want here, who you're requesting the custom from (if multiple artists are open), etc. We'll communicate with you via comments on this tab, but if you have a different method of communication you'd prefer (discord, dA notes, etc), let us know!

Masterlist Image

Please select an image 2000x2000px or smaller, the site has exploded with very large image uploads.

For MYOs, after you upload your image, enter a designer and artist. The designer is whoever came up with the design (this can be multiple people - in the case of customs where multiple people brainstormed an idea for example), the artist is credited to who did the art (this can also be multiple people).

Even though you may not have an image yet for a custom, Lorekeeper does require an image to be uploaded for this step - feel free to upload a placeholder image for now (you can change it later when you have your finished custom). This can be anything, but if you have a sketch of what you want you want your custom to look like, you can use that here!

Add-Ons

There are very few item add-ons that apply to MYOs and customs - Anarchic Fogshard tokens can be used here to add more Anarchic traits, however. You can either add them here or save and move on.

Traits

For both MYOs and Customs: Enter all of the traits you're using for your B-NOMALY here. If you're not sure yet for a custom, you can wait and figure it out/give a rough idea to the artist doing your bun/etc, but you will be sent back to the draft stage when you're ready to enter your traits. This is not a rejection, it's just an extra step to get the traits prepared.

Editing Existing B-NOMALIES

If you have an existing B-NOMALY that needs their design touched up in some way, you can do that! Select "Update Design"

Status

When you're done with all other tabs, select 'Submit Request'.

If you're using the Seraph's Choice item, your redesign is a custom job, so use this space to tell us what you're looking for, and who you're requesting the custom from (if multiple artists are open). You can use this form if you'd like your B-NOMALY's main image swapped as well, in the case of B-NOMs with multiple forms. Please note that if you're doing this, or any other request that doesn't actually change the masterlist image, we'll most likely reject the request when we're done editing the B-NOMALY to avoid mistakenly editing the original image. If you're intentionally using the original image and changing the thumbnail or size (or something similar), please mention this in the comments so we don't reject it!

If you are not applying an image change, or do not have your finished image yet, drop off a placeholder image here - Lorekeeper does require an image to be uploaded for this step. This can be anything - but in the case of customs, if you have a sketch of what you want you want it to look like, you can use that here!

If you are submitting an update that would create or update a secondary image, such as a Fogholder form or an application of a Bunshifter item, you CAN add that image as if it was a regular B-NOMALY image! Just don't add any traits! This feature adds a new image and so will work fine for adding alternate forms.

Add-Ons

You can apply any items to your design change here, such as trait changes, redesigns, and Bunshifter forms - most of these can be found in the Lab's Shop. Breeding tickets cannot be used here.

FAQ

Can my friend design my MYO/Redesign/etc?
Absolutely! Submit them as you usually would and credit your friend.

What do I do if I don't have my items from the old inventory?
Use the Inventory Transfer prompt and your stuff will be sent to you!

Can I do the art for a custom/request a friend do the art?
A custom can be treated as a MYO if that's what you'd prefer! Just submit everything the way you would a regular MYO.

For a bred B-NOMALY, can the B-NOM resemble its parents?
Always in the case for your own B-NOMALIES and NPCs! For B-NOMALIES bred from other users' buns, we ask that you obtain permission first.

Can I buy a premade adoptable and immediately change a trait if I don't like it?
No, that sort of defeats the point of a premade adoptable. You can absolutely change the trait of a premade adoptable if you wind up unable to click with it, but please don't purchase a B-NOMALY with the sole intention of changing it. If you got a randomized hatchling or other B-NOMALY where you wouldn't be able to see the outcome, that's a scenario when you can change a trait immediately.
